This property has been acquired through a land acquisition project funded by the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA) under a course of action intended to reduce the number of individuals living in close
proximity to airports with high noise levels (exceeding 65 dB). The vacant house and associated
improvements on this property will be removed by demolition, deconstruction, or relocation. The building
foundations will be demolished to 2 feet below existing grade and the cellar holes will be filled in. The
-municipal water service will be capped at the property right-of-way and the municipal sewer service capped
5 feet outside the foundation wall. Turf will be established to restore disturbed areas.
