This property has been acquired through a land acquisition project funded by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) under a
course of action intended to reduce the number of individuals living close to airports with high noise levels. The vacant house and
associated improvements on this property will be removed by demolition, deconstruction, or relocation. The building foundations
will be demolished to 2 feet below existing grade and other cellar holes will be filled in. The municipal water service will be
capped at the property right-of-way and the municipal sewer service capped 5 feet outside the foundation wall. Turf will be
established to restore disturbed areas.
