Enclosed please find a check in the amount of $45,628.82 to cover the remainder of the Zoning
Permit and Impact Fees associated with the harbor Freight project at 1775 Shelburne Road in
the City of South Burlington.
Additionally, I am enclosing the Landscaping Letter of Credit Agreement, signed by Chemung
Canal Trust Company and myself as a member of Burlingtonwood, LLC. I am also enclosing
copies of the Letter of Credit application and acceptance to Chemung Canal Trust Company.
Chemung Canal will be issuing the Letter of Credit directly to the City of South Burlington under
separate cover.
