Regulations. Five (5) regular size copies and one reduced copy (I I" x 17") of the plans must be
submitted. A subdivision application fee shall be paid to the City at the time of submitting the
application. See the City fee schedule for details.

thank you for you call today. Based on the information you relayed to me as to the staff
comments, please re -schedule the DRB meeting for my application to build a new stair
platform to the front of 47 Central Ave. to a date to be determined.
I will have to research and estimate the services of a registered land survey to provide
the required plat showing the affected property line, as you described.
I will be back in touch when I have that work completed.
