HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-91-0000 - Decision - 0041 0043 Central AvenueSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON On the 22nd day of April, 1991 the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Mary Pro- vencher, 41-43 Central Avenue, Q.C.P. on the following facts and findings: 1) Hardship was created years ago when two buildings were constructed on one lot. 2) Variance will not alter the character of the area, will not impair any adjacent property. 3) The property functions the same regardless of the division of the lot. 4) The Queen City Park District has very unique circumstances as far as narrowness of lots and irregular shaped property. Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's request for a variance is hereby approved.
