HomeMy WebLinkAboutSD-93-0000 - Decision - 0041 0043 Central Avenuerr , STATE OF VERMONT t, COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON 1 DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 24th day of May, 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Mary Provencher, 41-43 Central Avenue, Q.C.P. based on the following facts and findings: 1) This same request was granted by the Board on April 22,';1991, applicant failed to proceed with final subdivision approval; 2) Hardship was created years ago when the two buildings were constructed on one lot. 3) Variance will not alter the character of the area, will not impair any adjacent property. 4) Property functions the same regardless of the division of the lot. 5) Queen City Park District has very unique circumstances as to narrowness of lots and irregular shaped properties.
