days from receipt of this letter.

NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Re: 39 Central Avenue
Dear Mr. Nelson:
On April 15, 1986, we issued permit # 10219 which allowed
you to finish the basement area at 39 Central Avenue. This
permit did not allow for the conversion of that dwelling into
a two family dwelling.
A recent inspection by this office revealed the install-
ation of a full kitchen and the unit is occupied.
This letter will serve as formal notice that you are in
direct violation of the City's Zoning Regulations. The permit
along with certain provisions within the regulations prohibits
this conversion.
We have also observed that you have been remodeling 41
Central Avenue. Our records indicate that no permits have
been issued for this work.
Both violations must be corrected within ten (10) days from
the receipt of this letter.
Your failure to comply will result in this matter being
turned over to the City Attorney for whatever legal action he
deems necessary.
