This zoning permit request is for a unit which IS inside a phase that has submitted the required infrastructure letter of credit and three -party agreement. If not, the required letter of credit and three -party agreement are attached to this application. This zoning permit request is for a unit which IS inside a phase that has submitted the required landscaping letter of credit and three -party agreement.
