Attached to this letter please find the sewer allocation tracking spreadsheet for the Hillside project. This includes information on the current allocation and connection request as well as information on previous requests. This spreadsheet also has the address of the unit seeking connection. Historical data and requests are filled in for reference in issuing this new letter. A Wastewater Connection application is also attached.
