Request to construct a family room with a deck. Under permanent
zoning this area is zoned Residential 1 District. This proposed.
addition meets all dimensional requirements. The property is
connected to City Water and sewer.

The South Burlington City Council will hold a public hearing at
the South Burlington City Hall, Conference Room, 575 Dorset
Street, South Burlington, Vermont on Monday, July 1, 1991 at 7:30
P.M. to consider the following:
Application of William and Jane Ready of 1680 Spear Street, South
Burlington, Vermont for authorization to construction a 14'x2l'
family room and a 12'x33' attached deck to an existing single-
family dwelling which exceeds the limitations of land development
requirements as setforth under the Interim Zoning Regulations,
adopted April 17, 1989 on a parcel of land containing 1.6 acres,
located at 1680 Spear Street.
Copies of the plan is available for public inspection at the
South Burlington Planning and Zoning Office.
