Burlington Dear Sirs I am writing to you regarding the zoning board hearing on October 19, 1987 which I will not be able to attend. I wish to let you know that I fully support my next door neighbors George Sporzynski and Diane Muhr in their request for an addition to their house. I understand that the variance that Mr. Sporzynski is requesting is to add a garage and deck to his house which will come within nine feet of my property line. This is no problem for me since my house is situated at the opposite side of my lot, over 150 feet away. Thus the addition Mr. Sporzynski is requesting would not affect me at all nor would it alter the character of the neighborhood. I have seen Mr. Sporzynski's plans for his addition and am almost as excited about them as is he. In addition to providing him with the extra space he is seeking, these changes will significantly improve the appearance of his house. I understand that he has hired an architect and am satisfied that the plans reflect an attempt to solve his requirements with minimum impact on me.
