What is the building height? The floor plan you had in the packet states that it is a single story home, but there are stairs on the plan so we just need this clarified. 2. Also, please provide the square footage by floor, including the basement. Please note how much of the basement space is finished/unfinished. 3. Here is a link to our website for the Right -of -Way permit which is issued by our Public Works Dept., you will need this for the driveway. I shared the sketch of your property with them and Todd Gregory, our Inspector requested that you contact him to come in with your plans so he can assist you in completing the permit and then he will calculate the fee.
