Our volume of applications coupled with Ray's retirement and training of Dalila, our new ZA, has had us a little further behind where we'd like to be. The drawings as shown appear to work. Please have your engineer or architect verify that the bike racks — the two Greenride ones and the relocated or new one — will meet the spacing requirements of the attached document. I can't tell from the PDF because there's no graphic scale on the drawings. To simplify, here are the standards: a. Outside edge of Greenride racks need to be at least 30" from the artwork b. Distance from outside post to outside post between the two sets of greenride racks needs to be at least 60" c. Distance between greenride rack and the main post of the "coathanger rack" that I presume you are re- using needs to be one of the following: L,' i. 60" if the bikes load on to the Coathanger rack from the outside of the 3 sets of racks OR °?, ii. 72" if the bikes load onto the cothanger rack from the inside of the 3 sets of racks d. Walkway along the building needs to remain clear as previously approved. From the elevation drawings, it appears that all windows will continue to be "see through". Please confirm that is the case. I 0'2'i'I S = { Once we have confirmation, we can proceed with the zoning permit.
