DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 12th day of April, 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Leland and
Patricia Calkins, 8 Calkins Court, South Burlington, Vermont
based on the following facts and findings:
1) Appellant requesting permission to construct a 8400 square
feet building, housing an animal hospital d.b.a. Brown's
Animal Hospital. Use is conditional, located on a dead-end
street.
2) Present hospital located on Williston Road, across from
proposed site. Traffic not a problem to the area.
3) Character of area not affected, industrial uses abutting the
property in question.
4) Vehicle trip ends not to exceed 80 daily.
5) All existing bylaws will be met.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a conditional use is hereby approved.
