HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-93-0000 - Decision - 1275 Spear StreetSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 25th day of October 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of John Frymoyer, 1275 Spear Street based on the following facts and findings: 1. Applicant is requesting to convert an attached shed into a woodworking studio. Size of existing shed prevents the total utilization of floor area, therefore requiring a minor addition, 2. The main structure was located on the lot in order to take full advantage of views. Constructed prior to 1960 under different zoning by-laws. 3. Reasonable use, will be used as a studio for private hobby. 4. Addition as proposed will enhance the neighborhood and improve the property. 5. Adjoining property owner supports the proposed addition.
