General project description (explain what you want approval for): To construct a 24 ft. x 32 ft. shed to support the UVM Adventures Ropes Course. Half of the shed will be covered standing space and the other half will be enclosed storage space, with no windows. The structure will include a plywood ADA accessibilitv ramp. b. Existing Uses on Property (including description and size of each separate use): The UVM Adventures Ropes Course utilizes 20 low and high ropes elements in a stand of 80-year-old conifers on the 90-acre UVM Wheelock West Tract property. The proposed structure will help to enhance the Adventures Ropes Course. d.
