Spitz, City Planner DS/mcg COMMISSION MAY 26, 1981 The :south Burlington Planning Commission held a regular meeting on Tuesday, May 26, 1961 at 7:30 pm in the Conference Room, City Hall, 575 Dorset St. Members Present Sidney Poger, Chairman; George Mona, Kirk Woolery, James Ewing, Ernest Levesque Members Absent Peter Jacob, Robert Walsh Others Present David spitz, Planner; Richard Mixer, William Wessel, P.J. Herll, Carl & Anna Lavallee, Bipore Hills, Paul Gorland, W.E. and Margaret Douglas, Ed & Frank von Turkovich, Robert Perry Minutes of May 19, 19bl The May 19, 1981 minutes were approved on a motion by Mr. Mona, a second by LIr. Ewing and a vote of 3 yes and 1 abstention, by Mr. Woolery, who was not present at the meeting. r Application by Walter and "•?arp,-are Douglaa)for fins lot :°izt,division on Spear ;street just south of I-89 Mr. Spitz explained that there was an existing right of way which would serve the back lot. There are now two rear lots, but they will be combined into one lot. The existing house will be sold but the present open land on the other side of the right of way will be retained. Mr. Spitz said the right of way would serve lot 3 (the rear lot) and he suggested that access for lot 2 also be from that right of way and that it belong to lot 1 (which has the house on it now). All three lots would thus use the right of way, which they all do now. Mr. Levesque arrived at this time. Kr. Woolery moved that the South Burlington Planning Commission approve the finial plat application of ?ialter and Margaret Douglas for a three -lot subdivision as depicted on a plan entitled "Property of Irving and Ina Douglas, Spear Street," prepared by Palmer Company, LTD, last revised 5/12/81, subject to the following stipulations: 1. Access onto Spear Street for lots 1, 2, and 3 shall be across the right of way on lot 1. 2. The final plst shall be recorded within 90 daXs. The motion was seconded by Mr. Ewing and carried unanimously. Poger noted that the city engineer had submitted a memo on this application. Mr. Spitz said the right of way was now shown in the location requested by the Commission.
