Re: Zoning variance
Dear Mr. Boccia:
Be advised that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has granted your
request for a zoning variance.
The Board stipulated that the use be for a single physician and that
no changes be made to the character of the structure involved.
The Board will issue formal findings at a later date. Your proposal
is subject to site plan approval by the Planning Commission.
