following findings:
to TRAFFIC ACCESS - Ar-Pss is adequate with 10 foot wide
existing circular drive.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Circulation is adequate.
Parking spaces have been limited to five. Two additional
parking spaces have been waived by the Planning Commission.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - Existing landscaping is adequate.
Some plantings will be installed by the applicant to
shield lot from the street.
