Dear Mr. Couillard:
Be advised that the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment has granted
your request for a zoning variance, permitting construction of a 801x100'
storage -maintenance building with the following stipulations:
1) That the construction business be the only use, no automobile repair
or sales.
2) That the construction equipment be stored within the building or
the 601x100' fenced area.
3) That the expansion be for the present construction company use.
The Board will issue formal findings at a later date. This office will
issue a permituupon your request.
