Dear Mr. Couillard:
At a recent meeting of the South Burlington Zoning Board of
Adjustment the members expressed concern that you are not
complying with the stipulation which they applied to a
variance which was granted to you in December 1983.
Enclosed is a copy of a letter which we forwarded to you
regarding those stipulations. Item #2 concerning the
storage of equipment is a major concern.
Some members have received complaints about this matter
and have advised me that your failure to comply with that
stipulation, will result in formal legal action.
