Request is for permission to ..e-�.,.,�� BASIS OF APPEAL We request a variance from the minimum depth of front yard from 75 feet to between 30 and 35 feet which would put our house in line with all the houses to the north of our property. It is essential in order to keep the aesthetic looks of our property in consonance with the surrounding property. We also would like to request a variance on the minimum side yard of from 15' to 10' on the north side if it is established that the sewer line easement on the south side of the property would be too close to our proposed foundation as to make work on the line or foundation very difficult. This request is not at all abnormal since the following houses on the street already have 10' or less side yard. The house numbers are: 168, 170, 266, 280, 290, 310, 320.
