It is specifically understood and agreed that the owners of the within described premises, their heirs and assigns, shall share equally with the said Morty M..and Rhoda Kaufman, their heirs and assigns, the cost of maintaining and repairing the above -described pipe line. The aforesaid main water line of the Town of South Burlington is located within a 10-foot right of way conveyed by the said Irving and Edith Kaufman to said Town.
