Burlington Zoning Regular -ions to operate an 18 hole, seasonal, outdoor, miniature jolf facility on 28 + acres of land located off Spear Stre:: in conjuction with existing recreational uses. The miniature golf course will occupy approximately 10,000 sqaure feet of land (1/4 acre). There will be no permanent structures erected on the site. There will be an enclosure fence (6'high covered with green fabric) and 4 lighting posts. There is E.c_equate parking on site and patrons will utilize existing facilities. The projected season is Memorial Day through Labor Day. The facility will be open from 10:00 am - 10:00 pm seven days a week.
