HomeMy WebLinkAboutZB-91-0000 - Decision - 0360 Spear StreetSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION & FINDINGS OF FACT On the 13th day of May , 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Quarry Hill Club, James Smullen, 360 Spear Street based on the following facts and findings: 1) Minimal use as a driving range and miniature golf facility - no greater impact on City services. 2) General membership at existing club not expected to increase by more than 100 members. 3) Traffic may increase on weekends and evenings, ample parking existing. 4) Will not affect the general character of the area. Based upon the above stated facts and findings the applicant's request for a conditional use is hereby approved.
