Dear Ms. O'Donnell:
Be advised that your request to operate a consulting service
from your residence has been granted by the Zoning Board of
Adjustment. They stipulated that the parking area be constructed
accordingt•the plan of record and be no larger.
That the use does not pass on when the property is sold, and that
any sign used shall be limited to two (2) square feet.
You are required to secure a certificate of occupancy from this
