Total 145 vte
Notes:
1.vte = vehicle trip ends
2.Dwelling units are estimated, pending final design of the site and building
3.Trip generation calculated using ITE Trip Generation Manual, 10th Edition.
4.Trip generation was calculated using the general urban/suburban category. With further
build-out of City Center and the development of public transit, the dense multi-use urban
category may be applicable in the future. If the dense multi-use urban category were used
for all of the MF Housing – Mid Rise land use, the total P.M. peak hour trip generation would
be 80 vte (compared to 145 vte as shown on the table above).
5.Land use categories refer to those contained in the Trip Generation Manual.
6.Trip generation has been calculated on a lot by lot basis. Calculating the trip generation on a
cumulative basis using all residential dwellings within a block or multiple lots would yield a
lower number of peak hour vehicle trip ends.
