We are proposing to upgrade existing sidewalks, improve ADA accessibility to Marsh Hall, install new light poles and a bike rack, as well as designate several areas for future curricular planting beds. More specifically, the University proposes to: • Install a new ADA ramp; • Replace existing asphalt walks with concrete walks; • Install three new pedestrian light poles; • Install a bike rack on the south end of the ADA ramp; • Relocate the freestanding building identification sign to the interior planting area of the ADA ramp; • Install one new ADA parking space, as well as two drop off spaces; • Repave two small sections of the service road.
