Dear Mr. Ward,
We the undersigned would like to express our approval of
the garage which the Tavares' plan to build. We fully realize
the location of the proposed garage does not meet current zoning
requirements. However after inspecting the site first hand, we
agree that the proposed location is the best possible while
seeking the minimum variance possible. The proposed location
and structure is consistent with the rest of the neighborhood
and will further improve the appearance of the area. We would
like to offer our approval and recomendation that the garage be
built as requested.
