Dear Mr. Bevinss
The information submitted on the application for a zoning appeal is
not adequate.
Setbacks are measured from the property lines. The main concern is
the front yard setback, this measurement is not adequate on your
plan. Sherry Road is a fifty (50) feet right-of-way, therefore the
setback ahould be taken from the center line of the road. From that
point the minimum should be fifty five (55) feet. I suggest you
contact someone with a designing background to assist you in pre-
paring the site plan.
A revised plan must be submitted by Thursday, June 21, 1984.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call me.
Very truly,
Richard wart?,
Zoning Administrative Officer
