Be advised that the '_!outh Burlington %,oning Board of Adjust-
ment has approved the request of Lasco fealty for a zoning
variance with the stipulation that the set -back be five feet
greater than that of the Flaming Pit Restaurant and be no
less than 65 feet from the property line.
This office will discuss a joint meeting with Miss Kathy
Jenks. I would expect that she awaits an application from
you.
