Proposed is the operation of a car rental agency using used
automobiles in conjunction with an existing automotive repair
business specializing in mufflers and shocks. The lot involved
is 100' x 3001, and the structure is 30' x 1351. Parking appears
to be adequate if the number of display rental cars does not
exceed those proposed (8 to 10 cars are proposed) additional parking
could be provided to the rear of the building.
I understand that this proposeal is subject to review by the Town
of Shelburne, in that the City -Town line splits the property in
question.

The Shelburne Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing
on Monday a'uly 9, 1979 at 7:30 P.M. at the Shelburne Town Hall to
hear the following variance requests under the Shelburne Interim
^oning ordinance:
0 Request of the Regal Car Care Center for a variance :under
Section 13.10 , Signs , of the Shelburne Interim Zoning
Ordinance to erect a sign 36 square feet in lieu of 12 square
feet. Property is located on the easterly side of Shelburne
Road, north of the Tiki Garden Restaurant and. south of the
Lake View Motel within an RC Zoning nistrict.
2. Request of Nicholas Cowles for a variance under Section 4.30
Dimensional Requirements, of the Shelburne Interim Zoning Ordinance
to construct a home 65 feet in lieu of 75'feet front yard setback.
Property is located on Orchard Road on the Shelburne -Charlotte
Town lines within an AGR Zoning District.
