Proposed is the operation of a car rental agency using used automobiles in conjunction with an existing automotive repair business specializing in mufflers and shocks. The lot involved is 100' x 3001, and the structure is 30' x 1351. Parking appears to be adequate if the number of display rental cars does not exceed those proposed (8 to 10 cars are proposed) additional parking could be provided to the rear of the building. I understand that this proposeal is subject to review by the Town of Shelburne, in that the City -Town line splits the property in question.
