Shelburne, Vermont 05482 Dear Paul: ZONING ADMINISTRATOR 658-7958 I have reviewed your revised plan for the Greer Drycleaining business on Shelburne Road, and have determined that review by the South Burlington Planning Commission will not be necessary. The Shelburne stipulation for a $1000 letter of credit for landscaping improvements is sufficient for our purposes and the parking, circulation and access provisions are satisfactory. If at any time however, a portion of the building is used for a purpose other than the drycleaning business, a multiple use permit must be obtained from the Zoning Board. In light of these findings, it will not be necessary for you to come before the South Burlington Planning Commission. Sincerely, l V Jane S .
