Re: Findings of Fact, application of Champlain Oil Company
On the 29th of April 19 80 the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or mi6iwd the
request of Champlain Oil Company
for qas station and convenience mart under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1.- TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access points shall be aligned with entrances across
the street. Arrows shall be painted on the pavement indicating entrance
and exit.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING- 8 parking spaces is sufficient.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - A landscaping plan has been provided - a
$1,200 bond is required.
