Our home at 10 Brookwood Drive is a two bedroofn ranch 33'x241. With the expectance of a baby in March we anticipate the need for more room which would be satisfied by our build- ing proposal. The addition would not diminish the distance between our home and either,of our neighbors nor would it alter the character of our neighborhood.
