for Site plan a roval under Section 19.10
of t e South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access from Shelburne Road will be provided
from a 30 foot (24 feet paved) shared right-of-way between
lots 2 and 3.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING- Thirty six parking spaces with
24 foot aisles are proposed. Three truck loading/unloading
spaces are at the rear of building.
3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - Landscaping is adequate as proposed.
A $6000 bond shall be posted.
4. Erosion control methods will be approved by the City Engineer
rior to permit. The sidewalk will e built as stipu ated
in the original subdivision approval.
