HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-92-0000 - Decision - 1795 Shelburne RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON On the 9th day of November, 1992, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Knight Acura, Tim Purcell, 1795 Shelburne Road on the following facts and findings: 1) Proposed expansion of parking/display area will relieve access driveway. Area presently being used for display of used cars. 2) Character of area should not be altered, owner not interested in crossing over existing stream. 3) Area designed for display of used vehicles, less than 3 customers increase per day is expected. 4) Lot coverage is 39% of total lot area making it conforming with bylaws in effect.
