On the 26th of Auciusf 19_2L_, the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved orxd&p&e-Q the
request of Fric- FarrP11/S pjhPn NborP
for an office hiii1ding under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS Access is adequate with relocated single driveway
entrance.
2. CIRCULATION AID PARKING Parking layout includes 16 "compact
car" spaces at 9' x 16'. Total of 56 spaces.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENI14G $900 bond to be provided; also
existing trees to be replaced if damaged. Fieldstone wall to be
constructed with plantings.
