Re: 1820 Shelburne Road, South Burlington
Dear Dick:
Please find enclosed seven (7) copies of the site plan for the subject property. The site plan
depicts actual conditions.
As previously discussed, Fletcher Allen is planning to lease 1,980 sf space in the building for a
sports and orthopedic rehab clinic. They will employ 4-5 people in the space. They have
requested 13 parking spaces for their use.
The Landlord currently has a general building permit for the building. They are seeking a multi-
use permit which will provide for office and medical uses.
The only changes proposed to the exterior of the building are modifications to the exterior door
at the southeastern portion of the building so as to provide handicapped accessibility.
Should you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
r
