The site plan depicts actual conditions. As previously discussed, Fletcher Allen is planning to lease 1,980 sf space in the building for a sports and orthopedic rehab clinic. They will employ 4-5 people in the space. They have requested 13 parking spaces for their use. The Landlord currently has a general building permit for the building.
