HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-87-0000 - Decision - 1810 Shelburne Road1 FINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Hoyt Gahagan for construction of a 10,300 square foot carwash with two drive through bays and.6 self-service bays at 1810 Shelburne Road with access on Harbor View Road On the 24th of March 1987, the South Burlington Planning Commission denied the request of Hoyt Gahagan for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC: The traffic overlay zone 5 allows 140 peak hour trip ends for this 2.86 acre lot. The applicant projects 200 trip ends during some peak hours with 80% or 160 using the Shelburne Road/Harbor View Road intersection.
