TRAFFIC ACCFO"S - Existing conditions are adequate. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING- Parking areas shall be clearly delineated. Signage shall direct cars away from parkingin front of the building. 3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREFNING - Additional landscaping, $750 or more, shall be provided directly in front and alongside the building. South Burlington Planning Commission
