Re: Findings of Fact, application of Jolley Associates,
1830 Shelburne Road, Beverage Mart
On the 21st of July 19 81 the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or d&A the
request of Jolley Associates
for site plan approval under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCFO"S - Existing conditions are adequate.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING- Parking areas shall be clearly delineated.
Signage shall direct cars away from parkingin front of the building.
3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREFNING - Additional landscaping, $750 or more,
shall be provided directly in front and alongside the building.
