HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-92-0000 - Decision - 1825 Shelburne RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON On the 14th day of September 1992, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Craig Gable, 1825 Shelburne Road on the following facts and findings: 1) Proposal converts existing structure use for sale of building materials to sale of auto parts. 2) Traffic generated by proposed use will be less than allowed by Zoning by laws and ITE standards. 3) No changes to the structure proposed, changing some gravel parking area into green space, net gain 3 percent. 4) General character of area should not be altered by proposed use. Stipulation: The storage is limited to boats/RV's, any other use is subject to review by the Board. 1 Based upon the above facts nd nd'ngs the appellant is hereby granted a conditional use.
