Section 26.65 Multiple uses, existing use auto part sales,
approximately 7000 square feet.
Existing warehouse area approximately 8000 square feet retail
area, 5500 square feet and 2100 square feet of office area.
Two storage areas: (1) 40'x 126' - 5040 square feet, (2) 34'x
170' = 5780 square feet.
Multiple use permit granted September 14, 1994 to Craig Gable,
convert use to sale of auto parts (former Wickes Lumber) and
storage of boats/RV's. Gable never occupied the building. Land
area 1.5 acres, proposed use outside storage.

13.30 Area, Density and Dimensional Requirements
In the Commercial 2 District all requirements of Article XXV governing size, lot
coverage, frontage, and setbacks shall apply.
13.40 Planned Unit Developments
Planned Unit Developments are hereby permitted in the C2 District. All provisions
of Section 12.40 shall apply except as provided below.
13.401 Permitted Uses
(a) Those uses set forth in Sections 13.101 - 13.112 and 13.201 -
13.230.
(b) Fast food restaurants
(c) Banks with drive -through service.
