On the 10th of March 1981 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or dgmAgRI the

for Site Plan asnnroval under Section 11_7n
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - A deceleration lane in the southbound
direction is required. In the northbound direction there shall be
a bypass lane beginning at the southeast corner of the property
and ending beyond the office building entrance. Possible bus
stop locations shall be explored with the CCTA.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - 119 parking spaces (1 per 250
square feet) is adequate for general office use.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - Adequate as proposed.
4. OTHER - A drainage plan must be submitted and approved.
