Associates 10 V.S.A., Chapter 151 1185 Shelburne Road (Act 250) and Vermont South Burlington, State Environmental Vermont 05401 Protection Rules Chapter 3, Subdivisions Chapter 4, Public Buildings Chapter 9, Plumbing District Environmental Commission #4 hereby issues a Land Use Permit Amendment #4C0526-D pursuant to the authority vested in it in 10 V.S.A., Chapter 151. This permit amendment applies to the lands identified in Book 184, Pages 316-319 of the land records of the City of South Burlington, Vermont, as the subject of a deed to L.T.H. Associates, the "Permittee" as "grantee". This permit specifically incorporates Certification of Compliance #4C0526-D which approves the as -built installation of interior plumbing and ventilation for the Cluster B condominiums of the previously approved development of 160 residential units, commercial lots, and construction of approximately 6,000 feet of roads and utilities, located off of Shelburne Road, South Burlington, Vermont. The Permittee, its assigns and successors in interest, are obligated by this permit to complete and maintain the project only as approved by the District Commission in accordance with the following conditions: 1. All conditions of Land Use Permits #4C0526 through #4C0526-C remain in full force and effect except as amended herein. 2. This permit hereby incorporates all of the conditions of the Certification of Compliance #4C0526-D issued on May 27, 1986 by the Regional Engineer, Division of Protection, Agency of Environmental Conservation in compliance with the Vermont State Environmental Protection Rules.
