The South Burlington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the
South Burlington City Hall, Conference Room, 575 Dorset Street, South Burlington,
Vermont on Tuesday, August 24 1982, at 7:30 P.M. to consider the
following:
1) Final plat application by Thomas A. Kiley for a 1 lot subdivision on Dorset
Street. Property is bounded by Beliveau, Chittenden, Auclair, Stead, Jewett and
Dorset Street.
2) Preliminary plat application by V.L. Properties, Inc., for a 4.9 acre planned
commnercial development on Dorset Street. Property is bounded on the north by Earl's
Schwinn; on the east by Corporate Circle; on the south by Lake Buick; and on the
west by Ruth Wood and Dorset Street.
3) Final plat application by LTH Associates for a 10 lot subdivision entitled
Rebecca Square on Williston Road and .Helen Avenue. Property is bounded on the north
by Ploof, Gadecki, Grimes and Helen Avenue; on the east by Desranleau, Watson,
Bishop, Navin, Morton, Racine and Victory Drive; on the south by Perry & Schmucker,

4) Final Plat application by, LTH Associates �oi(resubdivision, consisting of three
commercial lots, of the Bartlett Property on Shelburne Road. Property is bounded

and Farrell; and on the west by Shelburne Road.

This project consisting of the interior plumbing and ventilation
plans representing as -built conditions of the Cluster B
Condominiums within the Bartlett Property located off Route 7 in
the City of South Burlington, Vermont is hereby approved under
the requirements of the regulations named above, subject to the
following conditions:
GENERAL
(1) The project must be completed as shown on the plans Project
No. 81139 Sheet 11 dated June 1983, revised 6-25-83
prepared by Krebs & Lansing Consulting Engineers, Inc. and
on the "Revised Interior Plumbing" Sheets 1 of 5, 2 of 5 and
3 of 5 each dated 9-6-83 and on "Interior Plumbing" Sheets 4
of 5 and 5 of 5 each dated 9-28-83 prepared by Bailey
Design, Inc. and which have been stamped APPROVED by the
Division of Protection. No alteration of these plans shall
be allowed except where written application has been made to
the Agency of Environmental Conservation and approval
obtained.
WATER SUPPLY
(2) The project is approved for connection to a municipal
type water system approved by the Department of Health
provided that all construction is in accordance with the
approved plans and the Environmental Protection Rules,
Effective September 10, 1982.
SEWAGE DISPOSAL
(3) The project is approved for connection to a municipal
sewage collection system. The work shall be done in
accordance with the Environmental Protection Rules,
Effective September 10, 1982.

District Environmental Commission #4 hereby issues a Land Use Permit
Amendment #4C0526-D pursuant to the authority vested in it in 10
V.S.A., Chapter 151. This permit amendment applies to the lands
identified in Book 184, Pages 316-319 of the land records of the
City of South Burlington, Vermont, as the subject of a deed to
L.T.H. Associates, the "Permittee" as "grantee". This permit
specifically incorporates Certification of Compliance #4C0526-D
which approves the as -built installation of interior plumbing and
ventilation for the Cluster B condominiums of the previously
approved development of 160 residential units, commercial lots, and
construction of approximately 6,000 feet of roads and utilities,
located off of Shelburne Road, South Burlington, Vermont.
The Permittee, its assigns and successors in interest, are obligated
by this permit to complete and maintain the project only as approved
by the District Commission in accordance with the following
conditions:
1. All conditions of Land Use Permits #4C0526 through #4C0526-C
remain in full force and effect except as amended herein.
2. This permit hereby incorporates all of the conditions of the
Certification of Compliance #4C0526-D issued on May 27, 1986 by
the Regional Engineer, Division of Protection, Agency of
Environmental Conservation in compliance with the Vermont State
Environmental Protection Rules. Condition #1 of said
Certification is as follows:
