Blanchard Design Associates On the 19 th of JWne 19 84 , the South B__rurlington Planning Commission approved orAimAwd the request of Robertgobert Blanchard for Larkin Real Estate, lot 49 Harbor view Road under Section 19.10 Of the South Burlington Zoning Regulat ons based on the following findings: to TRAFFIC ACCESS- Access is sufficient with one 24 foot driveway: a revised plan will be submitted for the Commissions approval showing a sidewalk in front of the building for fire protection access prior to permit. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Sixty two parking spaces shall be provided with thirteen spaces at compact car size (8,'xl6')and spaces for an additional 18 spaces shall remain undisturbed until deemed necessary by the Commission. 3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING- A bond of $11,000 for landscaping and $20,000 for site improvements shall be issued prior to permit. A snowfence will be erected in the CO area and where any existing vegetation is to be saved. An erosion control plan will be submitted to the City Planner and Engineer for approval. One fire hydrant will be placed on the site by the applicant. South Bu lingto Plafining Commission
