DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 25th of July 1994 the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard
evidence regarding the appeal of Wiemann-Lamphere, Gary Lavigne, agent,
Reyes property, 1698 Shelburne Road based on the following facts and findings:
1) The applicant is requesting permission to construct a automobile sales and
service facility containing 13,250 square feet on a lot containing 3.7 acres.
2) This proposal has no adverse impact of traffic, volumes estimated by I. T . E .
are 46.3 peak hour trips which represents 25% of the maximum allowed.
3) Proposed use complies with the general character of the area, automobile
dealership located on adjoining parcel and along Route 7.
4) Use does not have an adverse impact of municipal or educational facilities.
5) In total compliance with all other zoning by-laws.
Based upon the above facts and fi di the pellant's equest for a conditional
use is hereby approved.
