Dear Mr. Cota:
This is to inform you that the South Purlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment approved the request for Shearer
Chevrolet Co., to erect signs as follows, wit!, stipulations:
One G.M. sign containing 137 square feet with a
maximum of 24 feet for height.
One used car sign containing 36 square feet, a
maximum of. 1F feet in height, and
one facade sign$ stating "service" of 16 square
fef=,t.
The present facade sign which is Shearer Chevrolet
along the front of the building will renair_ as is.
All of which will be under a ten (10) year time -
lock and at that time subject to review.
1? permit for erection of these above mentioned signs will
be issued upon your request.
