HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-85-0000 - Decision - 1580 1620 Shelburne Road (3)_INDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Rev Findings of Fact, application of Nodic Ford Toyota for a 14000 square foot building for auto sales and service On the 24th of September 19 85 , the South Burlington Planning Commission approved )nx&v)i the request of Nordic Ford/Toyota for site plan approval under Section 19.15 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1 TRAFFIC ACCESS - Six curb cuts provide access. A- permanent legal written agreement shall be obtained prior to permit from G. Farrell for shared access on the eastern lot on Green Mountain Drive. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - An improved circulation plan is shown through all 4 lots. The parking spaces shall be re- duced in number to bring the overall lot coverage into conformance. 3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - A $10,900 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. Any curb openings shall e constructed with a concrete depressed curb. Any unused curb openings shall e removed and a barrier curb installed. A fire hydrant shall be installed in a location approved by the Soutn Burlington Fire Chiet. A 600 gpd sewer allocation is made in accordance with the formula. The applicant shall comply witn tne recommendations ot Wagner, Heindei & Noyes for storm water detention.
