HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-86-0000 - Decision - 1600 Shelburne RoadFINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Peter Allison for Allson Partnership for construction of an 18,472 square foot single - story building at 1600 Shelburne Road. On the 9th of December 1986, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of Allson Partnership -Peter Allison for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access is approved with two curb cuts on Green Mountain Drive and two on Shelburne Road. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation is adequate. The Commission approves 195 parking spaces on this lot. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: A $13,500 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. The plans shall be revised to reflect the changes to landscaped areas. 4. OTHER: Unloading of new cars shall only be done on the north -south portion of Green Mountain Drive and not the east -west portion. When additional parking is approved at 50 Green Mountain Drive, there shall be no unloading on Green Mountain Drive. The applicant is responsible for any clean up on Route 7 and Green Mountain Drive if mud and dirt are deposited on the street during construction. A fire hydrant shall be installed as required at the original approval. Wagner, Heindel & Noyes shall review these plans and their recommendations followed if determined necessary by the City Planner.
